Lauren Reasor
Hello Eagle Family!
My name is Lauren Reasor, and I am honored to join you as the new assistant principal of West Avenue Elementary. This upcoming school year will be my 19th year in education and 10th year in Waco ISD. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of teaching PPCD (now ECSE), Kindergarten, Pre-K Inclusion, and Pre-K. I have also served as an instructional specialist in Waco ISD.
Originally from the DFW area, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University in 2008 and completed my Master of Education in Educational Administration at Tarleton State University in 2023.
In my free time, I love spending time with our 6-year-old nephew, Preston, and being a dog mom to our puppies, Sophie and Heidi! Most weekends, you can find me attending or watching Baylor sporting events with my husband, Mark. I also enjoy traveling to the beach and Disney World!
